Green Bean Yellow Croaker

Remove the scales and internal organs of yellow croaker.

Make a few strokes on each side of the fish.
3.
Mince the onion, ginger and garlic.
4.
Soak green beans in water for 10 minutes.
5.
Heat oil in a pan and add yellow croaker.
6.
Fry it on both sides.

Pour the white wine.
8.
Cover and simmer for 30 seconds.

Then add green onion, ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, delicious, vinegar and fragrant.

Add water, sugar, and salt, stir-fry and bring to a boil.
11.
Add green beans.
12.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
13.
Open the lid and turn to high heat to collect the juice.
14.
Turn off the heat and serve.
