Green Five Spice Edamame

Wash the edamame and cut a small mouth on each end for easy taste;

Add appropriate amount of water and all seasonings to the pot, including salt; (add more salt)

After the fire is boiled, keep it boiling for 2 minutes to get the aroma, and then add a drop of vegetable oil (I used corn oil);
4.
Add the edamame and boil on high heat;
5.
Turn to medium-low heat, do not cover the pot, cook for about 15 minutes, and cook the edamame.

2. Try it, it is still green at the end of the cooking, and greener. When it is served, it will not change color until the end.
