[Foodie Theme Contest-Season 3] The third dish, Green Leaf Rolled Shrimp Sticks, is actually really simple, but with a little creativity of my own, the whole process becomes cute. Many people say, right?
I hope everyone will like this dish. It’s a shrimp stick, but it’s a fresh shrimp stick without additives.”

Green Leaf Roll Shrimp Sticks (fresh and Sweet)

1. Prepare eight shrimps, one egg, and a little sesame oil.

2. The shrimp is peeled and then beaten into shrimp paste with the back of a knife to prepare some cabbage.

3. Add an egg, a little fragrant sesame oil, chopped cabbage stems (leaves to be used), salt, chicken essence, pepper, and flour into a bowl of prawn paste.

4. If it is too thin, you can add more flour.

5. Three pieces of cabbage leaves are stacked.

6. Spoon a spoonful on the cabbage leaves, not too much, or it will flow out.

7. Roll it up slowly.

8. Secure it with a toothpick after it is rolled.

9. By analogy, I did five.

10. Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, steam on high heat for five minutes, then remove the toothpicks.

11. The steamed leaves are soft and flat, because the leaves are just for setting the shape and will not taste good after steaming, so peel off the leaves when eating.

12. Peel it apart, it's a whole shrimp stick.
