Green Pepper and Potato Shreds

Wash potatoes and green peppers and set aside.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin strips, and soak them in water to prevent them from turning black, but also to keep them white, tender and crisp when they are fried. Remove and drain the water before frying.

Heat the wok, add oil to heat, then add shredded green pepper and potato, and stir-fry until it's ripe, add the spicy sauce yuanmu.
4.
Stir-fry and serve on a plate.
