Green Pepper Chicken Wing Tips

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Cut the tip of the chicken wings in half with scissors, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and five-spice powder, mix well and marinate for a while.

Cut the green pepper into pieces, slice the garlic and ginger for later use.

Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

Add the tips of the chicken wings and stir fry until they are cooked thoroughly and the surface is slightly yellowed.

Add ginger and garlic slices and stir fry for 15 seconds.

Add Laoganma oil and chili and stir fry for 10 seconds.

Add the green pepper and stir fry for 30 seconds.

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and vinegar and stir fry for 10 seconds to turn off the heat.
