Green Pepper Ginger Hen

Ingredients: half white striped chicken, ginger, green pepper, star anise, cinnamon

Wash the chicken, put it in a pot of clean water, and put star anise. Cinnamon, cooking wine, ginger

Wash, peel and slice old ginger, wash and cut green pepper into diagonal sections

Tips:
After the chicken is immersed and boiled, try to disassemble the large pieces as much as possible. When frying, the oil is important. Keep the high heat and stir fry.
