Green Pepper Ham Pizza

Mix all the main ingredients, knead it into a smooth and malleable dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it to ferment at room temperature to double its size.

Cut the mozzarella into strips and set aside.

Change the green peppers, onions, and ham sausages to knives for later use. as the picture shows.

Roll out the fermented dough into a round cake with a thin middle and thick circumference, and place it on a 9 inch pizza pan with butter.

Use a fork to make some small holes on it.

Spread a layer of homemade pizza sauce.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Put onions and green peppers separately.

Sprinkle with corn kernels and ham

Put it in a preheated 200°C oven, bake for 12 minutes, then take it out and put the remaining mozzarella cheese on it and bake it for 8 minutes.
