Green Pepper Konjac Meat Slices

Prepare raw materials;

Boil water in a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, and boil the konjac for one minute;

Tips:
1. Konjac blanched water is good for removing peculiar smell; 2. Pork belly must be slightly fried in fat to taste not greasy; 3. Add some sugar to improve freshness and remove peculiar smell.
