This preserved egg was given by a friend during the Dragon Boat Festival. This day I remembered to take two out, add two jingtiao peppers, and stir it up. It was slightly spicy and extremely fragrant.

Green Pepper Mixed with Preserved Egg

1. Two preserved eggs

2. Shelled and sliced

3. Two wattle chili diced

4. Chili diced on the preserved egg

5. Pour light soy sauce, vinegar, and add some spicy chili oil.

Tips:

My preserved eggs are made by a friend and they are relatively salty, so no more salt is added. If you buy some lighter preserved eggs, you need to add a small amount of salt.
