Green Pepper Potato Chips

Cut the potatoes into thin slices, break the green peppers into small petals, and two eggs

Heat up the oil in the pan, knock the eggs in directly, and fry them

Stir-fry the eggs until they are cooked. Don't stir them too badly

Put the green peppers and potatoes into the pot and stir fry

Stir-fry for a while, add a spoonful of hot water to the pot, cover and simmer until the water is dry

Today, I don’t have enough water. I turned around and washed a plate. The water was a bit dry. In the end, I actually left a little soup and only added salt as a seasoning. It tasted very fresh!
