Green Pepper Squid
1.
Use tweezers to squeeze the squid out of the ink, wash and drain the water

Cut into a block

Wash the green peppers and cut into strips
4.
The garlic is smashed, the ginger is shredded, the pepper is cut into circles (forgot to pat)
5.
Heat the pan with cold oil, saute ginger and garlic
6.
Add squid rings and stir fry, add some cooking wine and salt to stir fry
7.
Add the green peppers and stir fry, add a little soy sauce, sprinkle chili rings and stir fry before serving
8.
Out of the pot and plate
Tips:
Don’t fry the green peppers for too long.
