Green Pepper Twice Cooked Pork

Prepare raw materials: pork belly. Green pepper, two vitex, garlic.

Wash the green peppers and cut into hob pieces, and wash the red peppers and cut into diagonal slices. Prepare the bean paste, braised soy sauce, and sliced garlic.

Wash the pork belly, cut into large chunks, and cook in a pot under cold water until the pork belly can be penetrated by chopsticks.

Tips:
Stir-fry the pork belly after it is cooked. It is best to put a little bit less when adding salt. The previous bean paste and soy sauce are both salty.
