Green Radish Peel

A green radish

Wash it off, wipe the surface with salt, remove the dirty skin, don’t set it aside

Peel off the green skin lightly to make it thicker and lumpy

Let salt marinate for a few minutes, mince garlic and add

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, red oil and chili, mix well
Tips:
It is more hygienic to wash the radish skins with salt;
Seasoning can be increased or decreased as you like;
