Green Sauce Cake

Pour green juice and sugar into the dish, add water and stir

Pour flour into the green juice and stir well

Add two egg yolks to the roux and mix well

Pour one third of the egg white and yeast powder and stir well

Tips:
It is not necessary to pour all the egg whites in to prevent cakes from clumping.
Try not to use cold water when dissolving green juice.
