Green Tonic for Detoxification and Liver Nourishment

Wash all the ingredients and drain the water.

Cut the zucchini into large pieces and break the other ingredients by hand. Steam in a pot on the water for 8-10 minutes.

After steaming, let it cool down slightly. Pour all into the blender, add a little steamed vegetable water, and beaten the juice.

Beat into about 500 ml of fine vegetable juice (mash).

Tips:
Drinking continuously will make you feel boring. On this basis:
