Griddle Asparagus Chicken Wings

Wash the roots of the chicken wings and chop them into two pieces.

Asparagus sliced.

Scallion ginger minced garlic.

Add appropriate amount of dried chili, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking wine to chicken wings to taste, and marinate for 10 minutes.
