Griddle Bullfrog

Cut bullfrogs and marinate for 1 hour with salt, light soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, and ginger. Then stir-fry with hot oil, only slightly browned, and serve.

Heat oil and sauté the onions, tempeh sauce, hot sauce, and garlic cubes.

Stir-fry with bullfrogs, season with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and salt.

Stir-fry the colored peppers, do not take too long, the colored peppers are easier to cook.

5. Add the shallots before serving to enhance the flavor.
