Griddle Bullfrog

The bullfrogs are cleaned and chopped for later use.

Scallions, ginger, garlic, green peppers, dried chilies are appropriate.

Put on a frying pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili and stir fry.

Stir fry the bullfrogs.

Then add the cooking wine and stir fry.

Add green peppers, light soy sauce, and sugar and stir fry.

Put the right amount of water starch before out of the pan.

Season with salt, then add white wine and stir fry, then stir fry the starch with water.
9.
Light a candle (dry pot stove), ready to cook.
10.
Serve.
Tips:
Bullfrog meat is delicate and tender. When cooking, the time should not be too long, otherwise the bullfrog meat will be old and tough. However, it must be heated until it is fully cooked to prevent parasite eggs in the bullfrog meat.
