Griddle Cauliflower

Peel the fat and cut into thin slices;

Tear the cauliflower into small flowers and clean them.

Put the cauliflower in boiling water, cook for 40 seconds, remove the cold water, drain the water for later use;

Tips:
1. People with poor gastrointestinal function should not eat cauliflower, because it will induce flatulence, increase the burden on the stomach and cause gastrointestinal discomfort!
