Griddle Cauliflower
1.
Half of the cauliflower, remove the stem, tear it into small pieces, wash and drain.
2.
Cut the pork belly into thin slices, 100 grams is enough, add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine and a little salt, and mix well.
3.
Cut an appropriate amount of ginger slices, minced garlic, and 1 small hot pepper.
4.
Sit in a hot oil pan, add a little oil, sauté the ginger slices first, then remove the ginger slices, add the pork belly and stir-fry until the sliced pork belly turns yellow and rolls.
5.
Then add red pepper, minced garlic and cauliflower, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly with a little sugar.
6.
Then pour in 3 teaspoons of boiling water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. After the juice is basically collected, you can add more salt according to the saltiness. Don't put it first, because both oyster sauce and light soy sauce have salt. Putting it first is easy to oversalt.

Now I’m missing the rice that’s just out of the pot!
