Griddle cauliflower is delicious and crisp.

Griddle Cauliflower

1. Rinse the cauliflower and blanch for one minute, then remove the cold water

2. There is little oil in the pan, and the pork belly will fry out the oil

3. Add garlic flakes, dried chili, 1 tablespoon of Lao Ganma, and onion saute until fragrant

4. Add green and red peppers, pour in cauliflower, stir fry for a while

5. Add salt, sugar, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce, stir well and simmer for a while, sprinkle some garlic leaves before serving
