Griddle Crayfish

The crayfish are cleaned first. There are a lot of black dirt hidden on the crayfish. Try to scrub it with a brush. Don't save trouble, and then keep it in salt water for 1 hour.

Use scissors to cut off the head (to pick out the stomach of the shrimp) and the hands and feet.

Clean all up and set aside

Material wash

Cucumber and onion diced, green onion diced, garlic beaten flat, ginger sliced

Stir fragrant scallions and garlic in a hot pan with cold oil
7.
Stir-fry the butter in a dry pan
8.
Open the lid and cook until the juice is collected
9.
Stir the beer evenly
10.
Add the crayfish and stir fry evenly
