Griddle Fish Belly Tofu

Chop the fish belly into small pieces. Take a little salt and marinate for a while.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Cut the green peppers, red peppers, coriander, and green garlic.

Cut the onion into small pieces and slice the ginger.

Prepare the dry pot spice powder and bean paste.

Add oil to the pan and fry the fish belly and tofu until golden on both sides.

Pull aside the fish belly and tofu, add sliced onion and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add the bean paste and stir fry to get the red oil.

Add green peppers, red pepper pieces, and garlic roots.

Tips:
