Griddle Horse Meat

1. Shred horse tenderloin.

2. Marinate with salt, starch and cooking wine.

3. Horse meat is smoothly cooked under four layers of oil temperature.

4. Add dried chili, Chinese pepper, ginger garlic, glutinous rice cake chili, and bean paste and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Add the horse meat and stir well.

6. Add five-spice powder, chicken powder, light soy sauce, sesame oil, celery, garlic sprouts and fry until cooked.

7. Pour the fried horsemeat into a pot with bean sprouts, add sesame seeds and mint.
