Griddle Konjac

All the ingredients are ready

Cut leek into sections, slice konjac, cut dried chili, green chili, and ginger

Heat in a dry pan, put the konjac tofu in, fry until slightly dry, remove

Stir-fried sliced ginger in oil pan

Pour in the processed konjac and stir-fry for one minute

Pour in dried chilies and stir fry together until evenly

Add the leek segments

Stir fry a few times and then quickly add salt
9.
Stir evenly to get out of the pot

Tips:
1. For dried fruit konjac, fry the konjac until slightly dry, then add oil and fry together, the taste is smoother. Too much moisture does not taste good.
2. The casserole has an excellent heat preservation function, and the leeks are easy to cook. After adding them, stir-fry them for two times and quickly get out of the pot to avoid the leeks from being too soft.
