Konjac tofu is made of konjac starch. It is said to be "tofu", but it is actually more like jelly. Konjac has the functions of lowering blood pressure, preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases, lowering fat, losing weight, appetizing, preventing cancer, and keeping fresh. Containing a lot of mannose anhydride, vitamins, plant fiber and a certain amount of mucus protein, it has peculiar health care and medical effects. It is called "magic food". There are "don't want to be fat, eat konjac; if you want to be thin, eat konjac; If you want to have a good stomach, you still have to eat konjac.
It has always been my magic weapon for weight loss. It is low in calories. If you eat well, you don’t grow meat. When you eat autumn fat, you eat it almost every day.
Konjac has a soft and smooth taste. I like to cook it in a dry pot. The slightly spicy flavor is super appetizing. When paired with leeks, it is full of crude fiber. You must try it this autumn.

Tips:

1. For dried fruit konjac, fry the konjac until slightly dry, then add oil and fry together, the taste is smoother. Too much moisture does not taste good.
2. The casserole has an excellent heat preservation function, and the leeks are easy to cook. After adding them, stir-fry them for two times and quickly get out of the pot to avoid the leeks from being too soft.
