It’s been a long time since I made a jerky pot, and it’s rare to have free time at home and have the ingredients to make a delicious pork belly jerky this winter night, made with a Korean VCC air-cushioned pot, it’s very delicious

Griddle Pork Belly

1. Korea VCC air cushion pot is cleaned and added with a layer of oil

2. Sliced lotus root slices and fry on the pan

3. Fry the lotus root until golden brown and add the potatoes (all the vegetables are over-oiled)

4. Fried potatoes and add pork belly

5. Fry until golden brown and serve

6. Add oil to the VCC air cushion pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for a fragrance

7. Stir-fry with Griddle Sauce

8. Add cauliflower and celery after sautéing the ingredients in a dry pot

9. Stir-fry and add pork belly

10. Stir-fry constantly, throwing potatoes and lotus root slices into the stir-fry

11. Add oil

12. Stir well

13. Then turn off the fire

Tips:

All the ingredients have been oiled, potatoes and lotus root fry until golden
