Griddle Potato Shrimp

First prepare a shrimp. (Preferably fresh shrimp)

Cut off the shredded shrimp, pick out the shredded shrimp, wash it, pour it into a plate, add shredded ginger, cooking wine and pepper, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Prepare potatoes and other ingredients.

The potatoes, peeled and cut into thicker strips, soak in light salt water for later use.

The garlic, ginger, dried chili, and coriander are all changed to a knife, and then some peppers are prepared.

Pour oil in the pan, 50% of the hot potato chips, remove the oil control when fried until crisp.

Next, add the marinated shrimps and fry them until the shells are crispy to remove the oil control.

Leave some base oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic, chili, pepper, bean paste, and stir-fry with red oil over medium and low heat.

Put the fried potato chips and shrimp.

Stir-fry quickly, add salt and light soy sauce to taste, stir-fry for a few times and sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds.

Turn off the heat after turning the pot, sprinkle with chopped coriander, and serve.
Tips:
1: When cutting potatoes, cut them as thick as possible, because they will shrink during frying.
2: If you like, you can also add some onions, the taste is quite delicious.
