Griddle Potatoes

1. Prepare the ingredients, forgot to shoot the red pepper

2. Soak potato slices in water

3. Sliced red pepper, sliced pork belly, sliced ginger, sliced green onion

4. Pour the oil into the pan and cook until it is 50% hot and deep-fry the potatoes to make them golden brown (the water should be controlled before the potatoes are fried)

5. Leave a little oil in the pot, add pepper, star anise, and ginger slices to sauté

6. Stir fried pork belly until slightly browned
