Griddle Ribs

Prepared ingredients.

Wash the ribs with salt, cooking wine, and ginger until tasty (15-20 minutes)

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces, put them in a 40% hot oil pan and fry for 8 to mature, remove them and set aside.

Fry the marinated ribs in a frying pan until they are crispy on the outside and cooked on the inside. Remove and set aside.

Leave oil on the bottom of the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of dry ingredients and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the right amount of sauce and saute until fragrant to get the red oil.

Add the fried ribs and potatoes, drizzle a little cooking wine, and mix with some water.

Simmer over medium heat until delicious, add celery at the end.

I don’t have a dry pot, I just serve it in a hot pot. After eating, I can add fresh soup or blanch various vegetables in water.
Tips:
