Tips:

I didn’t add salt, the taste is moderate. If the taste is heavy, you can add salt according to your own taste.
Chili can also be increased or decreased according to your own taste. The amount of my recipe is mildly spicy for Sichuanese, but moderately spicy for outsiders.
