Make Griddle Spare Ribs and Potato Chips for children. Cook the spare ribs, fry the potatoes and then fry them. Use Xiangqi sauce and a little red pepper. It is slightly spicy. The ribs are smooth and tender. The potatoes are dry and fragrant. The taste is better than fried. There is little oil and the taste is not bad at all. It is a healthier way of eating, especially suitable for children.

Griddle Ribs and Potato Chips

1. Soak ribs in cold water for more than half an hour, soak in bleeding water and wash

2. Boil cold water in a pot for 1-2 minutes, then rinse off in cold water

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add green onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, salt, and ribs. Bring to a boil on high heat. Simmer until the ribs are cooked and set aside.

4. Peel potatoes, wash and cut spikelets, soak in cold water for 10 minutes to remove and control the moisture

5. Shred onion; cut red pepper into rings, mince garlic

6. Add a proper amount of oil to the wok, fry the potato chips and take them out for later use

7. Saute minced garlic in oil at the bottom of the pot, add shredded onion, red pepper rings, and fragrant sauce, stir fry

8. Add ribs and potato chips and stir fry

9. Out of the pot.

Tips:

If you like spicy, you can add more red peppers.
