Griddle Ribs and Potato Chips

Soak ribs in cold water for more than half an hour, soak in bleeding water and wash

Boil cold water in a pot for 1-2 minutes, then rinse off in cold water

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add green onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, salt, and ribs. Bring to a boil on high heat. Simmer until the ribs are cooked and set aside.

Peel potatoes, wash and cut spikelets, soak in cold water for 10 minutes to remove and control the moisture

Shred onion; cut red pepper into rings, mince garlic

Add a proper amount of oil to the wok, fry the potato chips and take them out for later use

Saute minced garlic in oil at the bottom of the pot, add shredded onion, red pepper rings, and fragrant sauce, stir fry

Add ribs and potato chips and stir fry
9.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
If you like spicy, you can add more red peppers.
