Griddle Seafood Crispy Tofu

Cut the tofu into thick rectangular slices and fry in a frying pan until the golden skin on both sides becomes crispy

Fry them all and serve them for later use

Shrimp cut off the shrimp feet and shrimp must be prawn gun, pick off the shrimp intestines; cut red pepper into small pieces

The squid is peeled and cleaned, cut into triangular slices with a cutting knife; pork loin is cut in half to completely remove the albuginea, and then cut into small slices with a cutting knife, and cleaned; green garlic is cut into sections

Blanch the squid and pork loin separately

Add peanut oil to the pan to heat up, add the shrimp and fry until the shell is crispy

Add squid and pork loin and stir fry a few times

Add tofu and stir-fry well, add soy sauce and chili sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add cooking wine, sugar, salt, pepper and a small bowl of water, cover and cook for 5 minutes

Cook until the juice is almost dry, add green garlic and stir-fry, and finally pour some peanut oil on it.
Tips:
Do not blanch the squid for too long, take it out as soon as it is rolled up.
