Griddle Tea Tree Mushroom

Soak the tea tree mushroom and remove the root. Wash with water several times.

Sliced pork belly, sliced sausage.

Cut the pepper into small pieces.

Cut the onion into small pieces and place in the bottom of the dry pan.

Put the oil in the pan, add the pork belly and fry until golden.

Then add ginger and garlic. Stir fry with sugar.

Then add the chili and sausage. Need to add salt here. Add soy sauce and stir fry together.

Then add tea tree mushrooms. Join the soy sauce. Stir fry together. It can take longer to stir-fry here.

Put the fried tea tree mushrooms into the dry pot with onions. Drizzle some chili oil. No or no water.

Then add chopped green onion. Close the lid. Put it on the dry pan.

Tips:
It should be noted here that tea tree mushrooms must be washed several times. Just put that yellow water. It tastes better after washing it out.
