Grilled Antarctic Ice Fish
1.
Antarctic ice fish was thawed at room temperature in an open bag. I ate it by myself and used 2 of them.
2.
After thawing, wash it off, soak up the surface water with kitchen paper, and massage it inside and out with a little salt.
3.
Squeeze some lemon juice, add some ginger slices, and marinate for a quarter of an hour.
4.
Next, prepare the side dishes, remove the asparagus, cut the mushrooms (optional), cut the corn into small pieces, wash and drain the water. Prepare black pepper, barbecue seasoning, and olive oil.
5.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
6.
Brush the surface of fish and vegetables with a little olive oil to keep them moisturized.
7.
Put the asparagus in tin foil, brush a little oil, sprinkle a little black pepper, and wrap it tightly and roast it to keep the asparagus green.
8.
Arrange them all, put them in the oven, and bake them at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes on the middle level! I like to sprinkle black pepper on the surface of the mushrooms, it has a rich taste.
9.
After ten minutes, take out the baking tray, brush some olive oil on the surface of the fish, sprinkle a layer of barbecue seasoning as you like, and continue to bake it for 10 minutes.
10.
After 20 minutes, open it and take a look. The emerald green color is so beautiful.
11.
Simple, ๐ a personโs lunch can also have an accent like this.
12.
I haven't eaten Antarctic ice fish yet, try it now! The taste of fish is similar to that of shrimp, delicate yet elastic, and the fish is thin and easy to cook. It looks like some small spines, but the fish bones are actually crispy and delicious after grilling.
13.
It's fun to eat big chunks! ๐
14.
The bottom is like this, the meat is plump, tender and smooth.
15.
The small corn is so sweet, it's just right in 20 minutes.
