Tips:
1. The teriyaki sauce is adjusted according to my own taste. The curry powder is not necessary in the teriyaki sauce. I want to put some and try the taste. I didn’t expect the taste to be good. The rice wine can be replaced with the same amount of rice wine or cooking wine without honey. Use white sugar or brown sugar instead.
2. There is no salt in the teriyaki sauce, because the light soy sauce and soy sauce are very salty. When the fish is marinated, the salt has the bottom taste.
3. After the ice fish is marinated, there is no starch. My pan is not sticky. If you are afraid of sticking, you can dip the fish in starch and fry it in the pan.
