Braised Ice Fish

Clean the Antarctic ice fish and roll them with starch.

Pour an appropriate amount of edible oil into the pot, heat it up, and fry it with ice fish.

Turn it over halfway and fry the golden brown on both sides.

Put the fried fish out and prepare a bowl of sauce with soy sauce cooking wine, oyster sauce, salt sugar.

Heat oil in the bottom of the pot and add the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

Add the fried ice fish.

Cook into the sauce.

Add a small bowl of water to the pot and heat it until the juice is collected, then turn off the heat.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion on the plate.
