Grilled Beef Sausage with Dry Tofu

Main and auxiliary ingredients: dried tofu, beef sausage, green vegetables

Cut the dried tofu into wide strips.

Heat oil and fry the scallions.

Tips:
1. The cooking time of the bean curd is longer to achieve a soft and waxy texture.
2. Oyster sauce is delicious, so MSG is not added. You can add a little if you like.
