Grilled Chicken Drumsticks with Red Wine, Orange Sauce and Rosemary

Wash the drumsticks, remove the skin and fat, remove the bones, and chop the loose meat with a knife or a meat center.

Tips:
1. Remove the yellow fat when cleaning the chicken thighs, otherwise it will be very oily.
2. When boiling red wine and orange juice, adjust it according to your favorite taste. Occasionally, the self-made wine is sweeter. You can also add vinegar, sugar, lemon juice in an appropriate amount.
