Grilled Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet and blanch them in boiling water for later use.

Put the oil in the wok, add rock sugar when the oil is hot, and boil it slowly until the rock sugar foams.

Put the chicken feet and stir fry, immediately add hot water, add ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer slowly over medium and low heat.

Simmer for about 20 minutes, and when one third of the soup is left, turn on high heat and keep stirring to collect the juice.

Turn off the heat until the soup is thick.

Serve and eat.
Tips:
If you want more color, you can add soy sauce. If you want to be more spicy, add minced chili.
