Grilled Chicken Feet with Mushroom Sauce

Wash chicken feet and control water for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken feet and saute until fragrant.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for a fragrance.

Add soy sauce and stir fry the delicious flavor.
5.
Then add shiitake mushroom sauce.

Stir fry for a fragrance.
7.
Add water, white sugar, and stir-fry to bring to a boil.
8.
Turn the lid to a low heat and turn the soup to the top and turn off the heat.
Tips:
The shiitake sauce is salty, so don't add any more salt.
