Grilled Chicken Gizzards

Prepare the ingredients.

The chicken gizzards are washed, salted a few times, and then rinsed several times.

Cut the chicken gizzard from the middle into 2 pieces, cut each piece with a cross knife or cut a few times on the surface (be careful not to cut).

Cut pepper into circles, cut ginger into small slices, and slice garlic.

Add chili ginger garlic, soy sauce, salt oil, barbecue ingredients to the chicken gizzards, and squeeze with lime juice.

Cut red and yellow peppers into small pieces.

Tips:
You can add chili powder, cumin powder and so on.
Do not roast the chicken gizzards for too long, otherwise they will be hard to bite once they are old.
