Grilled Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings thoroughly.

Sauce: one spoon each of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce, sugar, thirteen spices, minced ginger and garlic

Pour the prepared sauce into the chicken wings, mix well, and marinate for more than two hours.

Take out the marinated chicken wings, add bread crumbs and mix well. Place them on a baking tray at 200°C. Bake for 12 minutes, then turn it over and bake for 5 minutes.
Tips:
If you want the chicken wings to be grilled, they must be marinated in advance.
