Grilled Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and cut two cuts on the front and back

Add ginger and garlic slices, marinate in cooking wine

Add fried chicken powder and marinate for a while (any powder can be used as long as you like~)

Wrap the baking tray with tin foil

Put the marinated chicken wings on top

Brush the surface of the chicken wings with soy sauce and pour some oil on the bottom

Put it in the oven and bake for 10 minutes (I used 170 degrees)

Take it out after 10 minutes, turn it over, and brush a layer of soy sauce
9.
Bake for another 5 minutes and serve it~ Sprinkle with black pepper and chopped green onion for more delicious
