Grilled Chicken Wings in Electric Baking Pan

Wash the chicken wings.

Cut the chicken wings with a flower knife.
3.
Add onion ginger and barbecue sauce.
4.
Stir and marinate for 20 minutes.
5.
Put the marinated chicken wings into skewers. (You don’t need to wear it)
6.
Heat the electric baking pan and brush with a little oil.
7.
Put the marinated chicken wings in an electric baking pan.
8.
Brush with the remaining marinade juice.
9.
Sprinkle with cumin seeds. Cover and fry for 5 minutes. Use chopsticks to pierce it through.
Tips:
There is no need for skewers without bamboo skewers, and the electric baking pan must be covered for frying.
