Grilled Chicken with Mushroom and Pepper

Three yellow chickens slaughtered;

Divide the whole chicken according to the chicken breasts, leg wings, and chicken racks, and tear off the chicken rim oil.

Take chicken legs and chicken wings and slaughter them into pieces.

Heat the oil, stir-fry the chicken legs and chicken wings over medium heat;

Stir fry ginger slices, Chinese pepper, dried sea pepper and spices over low heat;

Add the braised soy sauce and stir fry evenly;
7.
Add water to submerge the chicken;
8.
Bring to a boil on high fire, add mushrooms and beat them to remove the float;
9.
Cover and cook on medium heat;
10.
Wait until the juice is dry and take out the lid;
11.
Pour in red pepper, green onion and cooking wine;
12.
Stir-fry evenly.
