Grilled Choy Sum with Shiitake Mushrooms

Prepare ingredients

Wash the soaked shiitake mushrooms, remove the old leaves of the cabbage and wash, mince the onion and garlic

Put water in a pot and boil over high heat, then put some oil and salt

Then pour in the cabbage and blanch it
