Grilled Choy Sum with Shiitake Mushrooms

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Wash the soaked shiitake mushrooms, remove the old leaves of the cabbage and wash, mince the onion and garlic

3. Put water in a pot and boil over high heat, then put some oil and salt

4. Then pour in the cabbage and blanch it

5. Pick up the blanched cabbage and drain the water

6. Place the drained choy sum on the plate

7. Pour the shiitake mushrooms into the blanched water and cook for 5 minutes on high heat
