Grilled Dried Shrimp

Don't rush out the cooked shrimp, soak it in salt water for half an hour.

Take out the soaked Jiwei prawns to drain the water, and put them in the baking tray, leaving some space.

1. The temperature and time of grilled shrimp can be adjusted flexibly according to the common oven.
2. If there is no oven at home and there is sun, you can put it in the sun for 1-2 days. If it is rainy, just wait until the weather is clear before doing it.
