Grilled Eel with Soy Sauce

Cut the eel into sections, add salt, cooking wine and ginger and marinate for half an hour

Pour the oil, heat it on medium heat, put the eel in the pan, fry both sides until golden, start the pan

Pour a little oil, ginger, shallot and garlic in a pot and sauté

Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and water

Bake the lower eel for 10 minutes

Add the white wine and vinegar and start the pot

Serve and sprinkle a little chili ring
