This is a small fish that my husband bought. I don't know the name. I feel that it will be delicious when it is grilled. I cleaned it up and baked it in the oven. It tasted good.

Grilled Fish

1. Clean up the small fish and cut in half

2. Shredded green onion and ginger

3. Put the fish in the basin, add the green onion and ginger, add the cooking wine

4. Add Weijixian soy sauce

5. Add oyster sauce and mix well

6. Marinate for a while

7. Line the baking tray with tin foil and brush with a layer of oil

8. Place the fish and pour the sauce of the kipper on top. Apply another layer of oil on top

9. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. The baking time is determined according to the temperature of the oven at home

Tips:

Spread the remaining sauce on the fish during the roasting process, turn it over and roast it.
