Grilled Fish

Clean the small fish and cut in half.

Shred the green onion and ginger.
3.
Put the fish in the basin, add green onion and ginger, and add cooking wine.

Add the very fresh soy sauce.

Add oyster sauce and mix well.

Marinate for a while.

Line the baking pan with tin foil and brush with a layer of oil.
